Fernando is one of the best managers I have had the privilege of working with. During the 18 months he managed me, his strategic support and political acumen were instrumental in helping me navigate a highly complex organizational landscape on short notice, ultimately enabling me to land a major project. While being an excellent people manager, Fernando is also strong technically. After being promoted, he moved to manage multiple teams while simultaneously taking on the role of TL.
